Supernova

Supernova is a cultural association which creation was led by the willingness of building a place where people can freely express their selves, compare each other ideas and get active to implement projects. Different cultures and young people are particularly welcomed. Promoting social justice and fighting against discriminations and inequality are some of the biggest objectives that the association tries to reach through actually offering social services and realising study and educational initiatives.

It collaborates with many other active associations to implement projects, among which ‘Puliamo con il mondo’ (Let’s clean up with the world) organised with Eboli-Silaris Legambiente. Thanks to the funds raised during this event, a wide area of the old Village was re-qualified.

Supernova is the planner of Eboli wall painting art contest, called ‘Another paint in the wall’ which is used to end up with the ‘Graffiti Day’. This final event is set with areas and times dedicated to different art expressions, such as painting, photography, sculpture and other local/national/international organisations usually take part of it.
