Gourmand Friends is an association which was created by women with passion for culture under its largest meaning, for good taste and for solidarity towards needy people. It was officially established in July 2014 by Carmen Autuori, who is today the current President.
Female members are many and all involved in social activities supporting the basic idea: Food conceived as an opportunity to stay enjoy together habits and traditions , which lay on the base of Eboli and South of Italy’ customs, together with the historical and cultural heritage.
The association organises a series of events such as 'Dinner with Ana de Mendoza' at the Eboli castle (which today is where Icatt is based), bon-ton courses, food-related initiatives and others. The purpose is to rediscover old flavours, charity events and it also collaborates with other associations to create meetings in line with its social cooperation spirit.
