Le Tavole del Borgo is an association founded in July 2008 by the owners of the historical restaurants in Eboli city centre. Its common aim was to make the local food as something that brings knowledge and make territorial traditions directly available to anybody.

- Vico Rua Pizzeria and Garden
- L'Antica Cantina
Since 2012, on August 3th and 4th, the association organises the wine and food event ‘Bracelenta’. It takes place within the historical-cultural event '4 agosto ebolitano'.
The 31st October ‘La Notte dello Scorzamauriello’ is also organised.
